Paul Marino is founder of Marino +Associates, a boutique financial and corporate law firm that focuses on the transactional and corporate areas of law. Lance Baraker is SVP of Institutional sales at Celadon Financial Group. Lance holds the NASD series 3, 7 and 63 licenses.
His trading career began with Timber Hill, making markets in equities and index options on the floor of the American Stock Exchange. Through a JBO with Spear, Leeds & Kellogg, he became a partner in El Lobo Trading Group. He continued options trading on the floor through 2004 when he joined Shoreline Trading Group in New York, where he was head of business development and prime brokerage sales. Lance left Shoreline in 2007 was one of the founding partners of Saratoga Prime Services. In 2009, Lance Baraker was hired to build from scratch TradeStation Prime Services based in NY.
Lance graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Finance and received his MBA and Certificate in International Business from Fordham University.
Dennis Schall joined the Firm in 1996 and is a Partner in its Alternative Investment Group. He provides leadership to the Group's New York City operations and assists with practice development, client service, strategic planning and the setting of policies and procedures. Dennis specializes in hard-to-value investments for various funding entities.
His experience also extends to the Firm's SEC and Transaction Services practice areas, performing due diligence, agreed upon procedures and other duties. He is frequently engaged by publicly-held companies to assist with financial reporting requirements.
Dennis has more than 20 years experience beginning his career as a staff accountant in the travel industry before moving on to public accounting for two large regional firms in New York City.

Prior to launching TAHAS, AnnMarie spent 15 years working for technology and investment firms, including Bear Stearns and Goldman Sachs. She has also managed and executed many global projects in the reinsurance and pharmaceutical sectors.

In addition to her role on the TAAAPs Board, AnnMarie sits on several industry related boards, as well as two years as Chapter President of the IAMCP (International Association Microsoft Certified Partners), and is an active member of VTN (Venture Tech Network, Big Apple Chapter). Robert Derbabian serves as Senior Director for New Business Development in Marcum LLP's New York City office, managing a sales team of three people. He primarily focuses on forging new relationships and acting as a subject matter expert for the Assurance Services division. In addition, Rob contributes to building business across all of the Firm's service offerings and locations.

Prior to starting with Meridian in 2005, Joseph spent 3 years at Cuttone & Co, a reputable arbitrage firm on the NYSE.

Jessica Hickman joined TAHAS Technologies as Director, Marketing & Business Development in April of 2014. Jessica previously worked at Marcum LLP as Director of Business Development and Apex Fund Services Global as Investor and Media Relations Manager. She was responsible for new business development for the Alternative Investment practice at Marcum. Her role at Apex encompassed sales, due diligence, subscription and redemption processing, as well as investor communications.
